I have an overabundance of mirror neurons. This is hard to deal with. I think very strongly with pictures so when trauma occurs, the pics that I see in my head and my feelings never go away. I live it over and over again because when I get triggered it's like it is happening again and I am back in the situation trying to fix it. It's awful.

I work as a cashier & customer service . I am constantly absorbing many emotions and personalities daily. .....I have met 2 people who totally sucked me dry of my energy. Lesson learned ! I must ask though....how do you know, if spirit is affecting your emotions ,as opposed to just stress or depression.?

Us empaths have "unavailability, self-care and boundaries deficient disorder", that´s why we are attracted to narcissists! We all crave in others what we lack (or assume we lack) within ourselves! We want to sometimes not feel anything - just as the narcissists don´t. As soon as we learn how to be less available and more self-caring, we are not attracted to them anymore! 🙌

Hi Judith. Is it possible for a person with high empathy to have an equal relationship with a person with low empathy? I think I have high empathy, but when I talk to certain people about emotional issues, it's as if we're not talking about the same thing.

Question with the pain center neurons be considered as the mirror neurons could you explain a little more to me where that sat where that is located in the brain of the mirror mirror neurons because I have a highly active pain center neurons that are twice the normal level

Do you have any videos or comments how when being a relationship, the unhappy partner, may see more in to themselves or may even get more unhappy at times because we may either exhibit their energy, or something. I don't know how to explain and maybe it's not about us. Maybe they're just deeply pained and exhibing that insanity they're avoiding to deal with.

I am a path empath. For me it means when I see someone get hit , what happens is , it sends a painful electric shock through my body. Which is different from what I am reading , most pain empath feel what the others feel. I can’t find any research that matches mine.looking for help?

Hi there, I noticed that the comments on your official website were disabled, so I suppose I will have to comment here. I was wondering if you would be able to turn those comments back so I can share my experiences as an empath. I would share them hear, but there are too many energy vampires on the site that would use them for evil, while your site is a safe haven from energy vampires. The reason I say that there are energy vampires on this site are because I watched a video of some kids doing fortnite dances, and the dissapointment I felt was so very strong that I knew it must be the work of an energy vampire.
