"Miserable At Best" - Mayday Parade Featuring Jason Lancaster 10/16/10 

This was quite possibly one of the best moments I shared with my girlfriend. She ended up crying when they played this in Denver. It was so beautiful live.

So perfect, there voices were so different but mixed with such perfection, this was mayday parade and always will be! But go radio deserve more than they get because band like these don't come along as often as you'd like

@kujnot I mean it when I say it was one of the best shows' I've ever been to, you're going to absolutely love it. Mayday's set is amazing. Unfortunately that's the only song they did together, but I don't think there was a single dry eye in the house after they did it.

FINALLY. Someone who asks a question about that, usually I would see ignorant comments about who's better Parade or Radio, I would see "Oh, Radio is better than Parade." They do sound familiar but mostly Jason and Jake sound most familiar.

"Mayday was a big part of my life but ask them next time who wrote the album, I bet my name doesn't come up."

@davidpratt27 oh come now. yes; Jason and Derek were amazing in old school Mayday Parade, and yes; Go Radio are great as well, but current Mayday Parade have their moments.

@nikkikrisadtyo well jason left before it was released, but it was already RECORDED. so they didnt wanna waste it and released it,. Jason is singing there

@kujnot Haha, I think everyone singing along adds even more to the special moment. I use the Sony HD Webbie. It's pretty cheap for an HD camcorder and the quality is decent.

Not going to lie, I cried so much whilst watching this. This is seriously my ultimate wish, to see these two play together.

this was seriously one of the best concerts i've been to. this was my favorite part of the night, i loved how happy jason looked to be singing it. his body language just gave it away haha. i was wondering all night if they'd perform together and was so excited when jason came out during mayday :)

Please enlighten me. So the guy with the low voice in Miserable At Best and other songs in A Lesson In Romantics is Jason? I always thought it was Jeremy... Since Jason left before the release of the album, it can be assumed then that the guy with the low voice in songs after A Lesson In Romantics IS Jeremy, right?

Ohh mayday don't cry I know your trying your hardest and the hardest part is letting go of the stages we've shared go radio is calling and you know its haunting but compared to the hits we've made nothing beats jamie all over and when we look to the crowd they all cry cause they miss us so

But I still miss them singing together.

Jason Lancaster should come back to Mayday Parade.

For me, I've honestly wanted to like Mayday's records without Jason. I know they work their butts off and that they are good dudes and all, but none of the stuff they've done without Jason has really gotten to me like their stuff with him has save maybe Terrible Things. It just seems like Jason was the X factor that made them great.

Stop bitching about Jason leaving Mayday and be happy that he's at least still making music and didn't give it up. Don't get me wrong I'm just as upset as the next guy but we should appreciate him no matter where his life takes him.
