Yes under the rules of the strike actors can’t promote past work they did that was covered by the union. If they had done a show in the UK, which would not fall under the american actors union, they could talk about that.

I dare you to find any recording that could track Misha and Mark S. properly across the stage. If you are in front row, you'll be blocked by the equipment on the stage, and if you are not, you'll be blocked by fans in front of you. When blocked, the camera will auto-adjust and focus on the wrong distance, and you'll be looking at least 15s of fuzzy footage. We've learned a long, long time ago that it's not worth it. If you'd like to see more, I'd suggest you download footage from different fans and edit them together.

Well that's how the strike works. No talking about the show until the studios pay the writers and actors. Strikes are supposed to be disruptive.
