Hello, if I don't have those reflexes you talk about, does that mean that this therapy wouldn't work for me? I'm desperate, my misophonia doesn't let me talk to people and I can barely leave my room, I need treatment :(

Virtually everyone with misophonia will benefit from developing the ability to relax, so this program can help you. Use the Misophonia Muscle Relaxation app, and use it a lot. Four Muscle Relaxation Training sessions per day to start. You also need good management, so you are not continually triggered. Selective exposure to triggers is good. NOT uncontrolled, constant exposure and NOT total avoidance of triggers.

i would recommend patanajali brand from india pure indian ayurvedic way , also use shatavari ,aloevera ,giloy , shilajit, triodashang guggul ,chandra prabha vati , hirdya amrita vati and and swasari kwath u will feel like a child of 2-3 age

Should I do it for 2 times a day for 14 days or once a day for 14 to have efficient affect?

The more you do the better. I now have my clients use Misophonia Muscle Relaxation (Training) app and recommend 1 hour of work per day, which is 4 sessions a day for the first week. For the 2nd week, I ask them to do 3 sessions per day, plus 3 of sequential relaxation and 5 of Total Instant Relaxation.

@@julzylil Yes, this is the way Dr. Jacobson taught it. Try the free Misophonia Muscle Relaxation app. After you do 10 or more session (continue doing the full sessions) but you can add Sequential Relaxation and Total Instant Relaxation. The goal is to be able to relax quickly whenever you feel tense or after triggers, or continually relax through a triggering situation. The last of these will slowly reduce your future misophonia severity.

@@julzylil Yes. PMR was developed for anxiety. I suggest you use the free Misophonia Muscle Relaxation app. If you are suffering, do more than one session a day. When you have completed 14 sessions, add Sequential Relaxation and Total Instant Relaxation. I wish you well.
