We are a special needs family and we face a lot of challenges that other families don't face but we love, laugh, and most importantly we never give up when times are tough. Our family survived a house fire and instead of letting it tear us apart, tragedy has brought us all together and made us stronger. I am danish and have to that we take great pride in our licorice 😂no matter if salty or sweet. The food you showed did not look danish at all apart from the æbleskiver, I could recognize the chocolate ( but we do not use peanbutter because its not a danish thing ) and some of the bread in bakeries. We Danes will now never put cheese in our pastry we think its a bit strange that danish bakers in the US do this 😂 But it looks like you that you had great trip Solvang 😊 I have only hear about Solvang and other danish cities the US or seen them on tv or youtube
