really? A beauty pageant can be held in any venue, outside or inside. do you know the place where it was staged,? Maldives. a paradise in earth. the resort venue is one of the main sponsors. and besides they are just starting with just few participants. this is just their 2nd year. soon, it will be a bigger pageant.
