Hi from Canada. So excited that pageant season is in full swing. I loved loved loved this episode. Those interview looks so amazing!!! Dani. Your blouse is stunning on you. And I started my career in 1982. And we wore blouses with ribbons to work. It was one of the most popular office looks back in the early 80s. It always amazes me how trends come back over and over. And each time the fashion trend repeats itself. It’s always way better and more beautiful than its predecessor. Your blouse is A+++++ Thanks for the video. Raylene

I hope you will have time to do an episode about prelims because I so want to hear your take. I found evening gown downright painful to watch. So many delegates (90%) simply could not walk in the gowns they chose. Many perceived front-runners looked like robots trying to get across the stage. I so hope they have different gowns for finals. 🙏🙏

Loved this episode.the only one I disagree on was District of Columbia. Maybe it was the side photo of it. It made it difficult to see the whole out. Can’t wait for your next video!

Dani, as a Maui resident I have to say that I was dismayed by the costume worn by Miss Hawaii. I understand that the intention was to show resilience, hope, survival. But we are talking about a disaster where bodies are still being identified, thousands are displaced, historical buildings gone forever, and tens of thousands more are deeply affected by jobs and wages lost. My thought was that if she wanted to represent healing she could have evoked the Hawaiian goddess Lilinoe, who is the spirit of mountain mist and sends her healing soft comfort to places of desolation and destruction. The orange silk flames on her costume gave me shudders. I know it was well intentioned, but my reaction was disappointment in the choice.
