Missing someone is natural when you know you cannot be around them for quite some time. But yes, knowing the fact that it is natural doesn’t really lessen the pain and the longing that your heart feels without them.
They say longing and missing are the essential parts of love. If you love someone dearly, it is obvious that you would want to see them, to be with them. But, nobody really knows what to do about the growing ache that the heart gives birth to, whenever we miss someone. It is not always possible that we fly straight away to them whenever we wish, is it? (Well, we are no superheroes with a cape) Sometimes we can, sometimes we just cannot! There is a lot more to life than love… responsibilities, that’s what we call them.
We cannot help but have to choose one place and one direction; we cannot choose both and stay at both places at the same time (I guess you understand what I am trying to say here).
