Dave I know you are short on time and time is valuable I for one really enjoy the letters segments. I understand they aren't as popular as the missing person segments but I def think there is a value to them. I think it is your die gard fans who watch them rather than the casual viewers who are here for the missing 411 segments. We obviously enjoy those and thats the main reason we view but the letters are much more intimate view into yourself and fellow villagers. Please continue to do the letters segments however if you do decide not to please do not eliminate them entirely. Thank you for everything you do Dave you are awesome. God bless you & the fam. 🙏✝️
It's telling which of the followers are interested in the letters. These people are not only interested in the Missing 411, but also care about the community that do so as well. Those that could care less about the letters are an affront to the closeness of the community. THAT is why it's so hard to just let the letters portion fade away. I love the community, and I love hearing from them. And the biggest way we got to hear from the community was through the letters. Please bring them back on a regular basis Dave.
I was interested in the fight you are having filming in the National Forest. I have done quite a lot of research on the public's right of access here in Montana. Dave there has been so many Sasquatch sightings in Princeton bc. I have been there quite a few times and there is a large First Nations population who believe fully in Sasquatch. Great community.

The first guy John, you have to wonder why he even went out the day before he and his wife planned to go. I'd be interested in knowing if it was planned or a last minute decision. I think that whatever IT is that takes these people, draws them into the area to be taken.
Yeah, that doesn't make sense to go on a hike a day before you have a hike planned with your spouse in the same place. It is as if he was drawn there by something.
I work with mcgivers grandson and he sleeps at work. I've also been hunting/ hiking /camping in the same areas,wipsaw,granite creek and its steep thick county, lots of moose, game, gold...easy to get lost that time of year especially if it starts snowing un expectedly.

Wow that is really out there. Garrison, when I searched was of German origin and I think you have mentioned before that a lot of German's go missing. Ewing is of Scottish origin, Vikings maybe. Fascinating and frustrating at the same time. I feel for the families when their loved ones are never found.
Dang Princeton is my favorite place to go and camp and trail hike in Canada in the summer.. town is so cool basically a town made on a copper mine in the middle of nowhere’s.
There are also scammers hitting on ladies on sites. All of the energy people put into doing evil could do so much damage. If they could only do good instead.

Here in federal service we call it "screw up and move up" -- the more egregious the discretion seems to equate with the highest most lateral position change. Happens in the BLM too. The management officials consider themselves untouchable. (hahaha you just read that from the letter you are reading)

Dave thank you for all that you do, your hard work and dedication to sharing these mysteries is so greatly appreciated. Have you covered the disappearance of Khaymen Welch? Missing from Superstition Mountains since August 2020. It seems as though his case was not heavily covered when it occurred, however a channel called Explore With Us did a very good video on him. It included phone interviews with his mother as well as a search and rescue volunteer. Unusual case as he was not hiking and completely disappeared from his uncle's sight after saying he was going to walk a very short distance to get a better view. Thank you and take care.
Hey Dave, wherever your mind is on this topic, I'm right with you on the way that you're thinking. The fact that on the matter of who walks around leaving tracks that are unfamiliar to the search and rescue,and having "Wild and game"conducting their own search party, to sit in the woods over night. Sounds very similar to what i have been looking into/investigating. Also, have you ever heard of Jerry Williams and lead tracker E? Recently they have released a Book this pasted October on similar themes that you have cover over the years. Great video again Dave 👌

Dude its not A PERSON , it is a thing called spam bots its a common thing on many channels they are probably run from some scamming factory in india or something , just fyi you seem to think that it is one guy doing this and it most likely is like i said run from some scam factory in a third world country.
I agree, I like Mr paulides, I was watching him in another video giving the reason why "crooks" do what they do, reminded me of an old man's outlook on criminals, and then watching him hold up photos for the camera rather than inserting them with software, but still he's probably correct about not being able to do anything about imposters besides warn people

I'm awake again in the middle of the night, and lo and behold here's a new video! These two cases are very interesting. The time you spend researching on line to find them is impressive. Thank you for your efforts. I find it interesting that snow is a factor in so many cases. Then wonder if people are prepared well enough when they go out hiking on either side of the snow seasons. Then I think we'll beyond that having a very curious mind. I'm sure I drove my parents crazy as a child. Interesting video, and well done Dave! Thank you so much! Duane Miles & Laura Macke both disappeared from the Graves Creek Campground area in Olympic National Park almost exactly a year apart: Late October 2021/22.
It's a problem with police officers as well. Their misconduct in department leads to a dismissal, but quickly they get rehired at a new department. Misdeeds quickly forgotten.
I live in BC on Vancouver Island. I am just learning about you and the 411 caes. I am curious ifnthere have been cases on this island. My Grandparents had a gold panning plot that they had and we would go camping there when I was a kid. I got my fjrst cat there as they were either born in the wild or abandoned and she would hang out atnthe campsites and we took her home with us. Scary to think that any of what you talk about is real and I really dont want to be scared to go out in the bush as I love it. 😅
Yeah I'm not sure what that was walking around out there leaving them tracks but I don't think it was the missing person it was something else I'd like to know what the ones that had to go out there at night time seen and heard I bet that would be a little freaky you already got missing people out there plus you got tracks disappearing and with nobody at the end them weird
Dave,, this happens on nearly every channel I subscribe to there's always somebody trying to represent the person's Channel trying to get them to respond to them it's not just you trust me I've been watching RU-vid for years and there's always some douchebag trying to get you to get in contact with them I'm subscribed to many many channels and every time there's a douchebag trying to get you to get in contact with them the exact same way they're doing it on this channel there's hundreds of different people doing this it's not just one guy!!!!
Dave that area of bc is very very rugged. When I have gone into that area I always have a sense that I have to be on my game. I search for gold in those mountains which takes me off any roads or trails. I have done this for years and have no fear of bears or anything. I am very experienced at rough mountain hiking . I grew up in the dense bush in BC I know whats out there. The area between Chilliwack and Princeton is a spot that when I am on the ground I have always felt a sense that this is high risk. There is a huge area out there with no one. Most people will not hike far from there vehicle but I go any where. The rougher the better. The hair on my neck stands up at times and I will admit I have left with a feeling of intense dread. The big guys are in that area. Do you think these people could have encountered one or maybe a family group that lives up there? These types of missing people is what led me to you. I've been trying to get into the canyons above Stave Lake to look for gold signs. Very rugged. I hike alone in this area because I don't know anyone who can handle the terrain. Took me 4 attempts to make it into one area. Pleased for finally making it I continued on until getting to a point which stopped me in my tracks. I could see ahead, but a feeling inside me said don't go any further. I quietly stared forward for a bit and all looked fine, but something didn't feel right. I turned around and headed back which was a tough decision after making it so far. I'm planning on going back and hopefully it will be different.

I emailed you. My neighbor Daniel yiegh, went missing mid August, huckleberry picking. We are in idaho county, idahi. I know you are aware of the area. They even had 2 bear air out looking, I think they searched for a few days, then just silence..
