Missing Bangladeshi MP Suspected Murder Victim in Kolkata; Bloodstains Found in Rajarhat Apartment 

West Bengal police are investigating the suspected murder of Anwarul Azim Anar, a ruling Awami League MP from Bangladesh, who was on a medical trip to India. Anar entered Kolkata via the Gede land port on May 12 and went missing the following day. CCTV footage showed him entering an apartment in Rajarhat with three individuals on May 13. Bloodstains were discovered in the apartment's bedroom, washroom, and washbasin during a police search. In Bangladesh, three people have been arrested in connection with the case. Authorities are exploring motives including a business dispute or possible entrapment. The MP's body has not yet been found.
