Missing Pieces: Parents still fighting for justice after 2 girls murdered in Houston-area park 

Like Mr. Ertman said, I will never forget this case. My daughter and I were at TC Jester Park and we saw the benches that are dedicated to the girls, may their souls rest easy.

My heart goes out to both girls parents.

Prior to the murder of these 2 girls, one of the gang members had raped and murdered another female but instead of strangling that female, he slit her throat and I hope these idiots that are still alive get executed because honestly, that was dumb of them to just rape and murder those 2 innocent girls

I met Jennifer's mother, I'll never forget her telling me what happened to her daughter, my heart breaks for these two families. The pain of losing a child must be unbearable. RIP Jennifer and Elizabeth ❤

This is the most horrific case I have ever heard of. I wouldn't wish what happened to them on any woman or young lady. My heart grieves for the parents and I hope justice will be served on the "people" involved. RIP Jennifer and Elizabeth.

I remember this case as a kid

The details of the brutality of these murders need to be revisited to appreciate the injustice that any of these gang members will be freed, let alone that the death penalty was not carried out on all of them. The girls were gang raped for over one hour, then strangled with a belt that eventually broke, the strangulation was then finished with a shoelace, after which their necks were stomped on by the gang to ensure their death. The older girl was forced to watch the murder of her friend, and after her attempt to run, she was kicked in her mouth and ribs, dislodging teeth and breaking ribs. Their bodies were discovered after three days in hot weather. The then POTUS, George W. Bush, along with the government of Mexico, came to the aid of those gang members who were Mexican citizens. Rick Perry and Ted Cruz fought against the federal government and international law members getting involved with State jurisdiction. Between Bush having no backbone, the Mexican government sticking up for their murderous citizens, and anti-death penalty advocates caring for criminals over victims, the remaining two members may one day be free. One of the Mexican gang members has already been up for parole several times. The latest in 2020. In 2034, he will be released if nothing in the law changes.

This case is just as horrific as the Channon Christian and Christian Newsome case So horrible.

The nature of their death was very horrendous. Unforgettable and unforgivable. I just hope the other 3 die in jail. A ❤ Jennifer ❤ Elizabeth ❤ 🌟

I will never understand why someone would hurt two beautiful and attractive young women (like this). There are no amount of reasoning that I'll ever understand to explain this to me. Because these Girls had great lives ahead of them. And, whoever did this, I hope that they are eventually caught and have to pay for the senseless crimes that they did to the girls & families.

I remember this case. It was horrific the way they were murdered. The evil animal-human thugs that murdered these young ladies were pure evil. They will rot in hell. And for what? a few minutes of trying to impress each other. People need to find Jesus and avoid Satan. Hell is real. Heaven is real. We're all going to one place or the other. We get to decide here on earth. These guys made their decision. Those girls are angels in heaven.
