There's a framed pilot's license on the wall in Lewis' Apartment. Also you could use Armando & Henrique for cars and guns from the beginning but the game never tells you for some strange reason.

I think she’s doing it in the order she played them. At the start of the video she mentions that she played TBOGT first as a kid
