Would love to hear updated guidance on social media use as an official means of communication. I get the aspect of building teams with pictures and stories involving soldiers and their families. This has been one of the positive effects of the military using social medial. However, Marco Polo, Signal and whatsapp are not secure. Why develop the habits and reliance on social media when its not viable during conflicts? Train how we fight. Also, while leadership see a few number of messages, there is a christmas tree effect by the time messages get down to the lower levels.
Ramrod - very helpful, but I'd be cautious about this particular portion of the series. There's a fine balance between communicating guidance and intent and exposing PII or breaking OPSEC. Overall, enjoyed this series.
