In an effort to challenge man and machine, Nick Selleck, Ducati specialist and lead instructor of the DRE Adventure Academy, rode the arduous terrain from Alice Springs to Finke and back, in a single day. 460 km in one of the world's most iconic and legendary desert races using less than a full tank of fuel.
The companion of this adventure was a DesertX with original Ducati accessories fitted, including an 8-liter auxiliary tank, Termignoni exhaust, one-piece rally saddle and protection bars.
