NOOSE (National Office of Security Enforcement) has also non SWAT officers (in GTA IV) and the "SWAT" is actually the NOOSE's TRU (Tactical Response Unit) officers it is based on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security AND the Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) teams
The FBI also has its own Tactical Response Unit, it appears in some missions like The Wrap Up. They're basically reskinned NOOSE but with "FIB" text instead of "Police".
You forgot to mention in TBOGT when you have to go to the libertonian in the buzzard the NOOSE units start using heat seeker missles to destroy the buzzard
When I get a gaming computer, the first game I'm buying is GTAIV. You and dustinl796 got me into it and I can't thank you enough. He got me into the gameplay and the mods and you made me appreciate all the little details in the game. I'll definitely be getting TBoGT (that's a DLC, right?) because those guns are awesome. Wish they were vanilla in GTAV. Also the noose looks like a great challenge compared to the lousy GTAV noose that I'm used to. Thanks for the great content, as always.
N.O.O.S.E Is the most badass police force in Gta history. A militarized police force that doesn't break the rules of reality all that often. Even our s.w.a.t. teams don't carry nearly as much firepower as the N.O.O.S.E. does.
@bobs and vagene marley SWAT Teams shot on sight. They dont only kill if needs to be. Or did you thought the Streamer that got swatted was a threat to them they shot them as he opened the door.
A real bisexual petrol-head yeah, but the overall experience (shooting, driving) is much much better than on the consoles. and it doesn't lag on my mid-end PC, so... 🤷♂️
In gta 5 the noose do have attack choppers at the noose building but not seem to use them the only time used by them in the big score in the one where u use a driller if u use a sniper rifle
My opinion noose in gta 4 us more badass and realistic then gta 5 . they have cops wearing goggles or no goggles i think sometimes masks and sometimes no helmets . a variety of different cops is good unlike gta 5 where all of swat is the same
I've got a fact for gta iv The cops won't stop shooting at niko even if he is already dead. But the guards at the gun shop will stop shooting after killing u
I wish they did have rpgs to use like maybe they could fire them out of a chopper or they could use them at a roadblock because they could actually take out a tank if they’d use them. But they could only use them if were in a tank because if you were in a sedan or something it wouldn’t be very fair.
Nope, but seeing how the MP5 is a favorite weapon of SWAT teams irl, it was quite a bummer finding out that the NOOSE in GTA V don't use it on Freemode, only Carbine Rifles, Pump Shotguns and Pistols. But hey, the FIB doesn't chase you in GTA V either, so there's that.

I think I found where the developers of the pev-sale mod got the idea for Noose's apc to use a machine gun instead of a cannon in their GTA 5 mod 💀 and the part where the guy says " it seems like I'm being investigated by national office of security enforcement" is already another proof that NOOSE is a federal government organization (just like DHS in real life) not just swat and the corrupt unit of noose that the guy is referring to is probably a unit of Patriotism immigration authority ( the P.I.A) which is probably a parody of homeland security investigations (HSI) since the PIA is basically a merger of CBP and mainly ICE (where HSI is part of that agency) which is investigating this guy (I call the HSI in the gta universe "security enforcement investigations" (SEI) because of the fact that the PIA is basically the CBP and mainly the ICE and secondly because of the name "security enforcement" which is a parody of the phrase "homeland security" so it fits better in my opinion anyway him being fanon (fan canon) 😊) and NOOSE and FIB working together is not a surprise since the FBI and DHS work together in fighting crime and terr0rism (but the focus of DHS is to combat terr0rism, control immigration (legal and illegal) the same thing that the game's PIA does and combat natural and man-made disasters (aka FEMA)
i honestly wish there was a way to play graiv online still. like im happy i got the DLCs for free and stuff, but im dissapointed to know that I cant join any servers anymore.

NOOSE is federal so their budget must be the same as the entire country (and must be more than the real-life DHS budget due to all the events that happened in the franchise (if you count the 2D and 3D era) and the policies of NOOSE and the American government in general should be more aggressive in gta than in real life
Say what you want.. The C.R.A.S.H is the most badass police unit in the entire GTA Universe. Ik N.O.O.S.E is a SWAT team while the C.R.A.S.H is just a division but still I like them way more than the other units in GTA.
For the next video "All possibilities gta V", could you try to bring Michael, Franklin and Trevor together, with Trevor being introduced as a character? For example : spawning Michael and Franklin out of the trevor 's house, after the mission "Mr. Philips". Thanks a lot!!
