The first time I heard this song on 95.7 Helluljah in Memphis, I promised you, I KNEW this song was "Anointed!" I KNEW it was a special song! I don't KNOW Bro Stan's testimony behind it but I believe within my heart that there is a "STORY" behind it! It is so, so, so, DEEP in my spirit! Every "WORD" He mentioned in that song; WOW! It felt like it was sent to me! I finally found the song on RU-vid and now it's my "workout" and praise song! Yes! I'm ready for the promises of God and I'm yet holding/patiently waiting! Lord...I WILL RECEIVE IT! I pray that God takes this young Brother higher and higher within the gospel industry and he continues encouraging and blessing God's people in song!
This song right here took me all the way in to the spirit, that I could not stop listening to it. I could not let it go. I am holding on . I won't give up. Neither will I let go.
This song was sung in person at Chartway Arena in Norfolk VA last night. I was so blessed. I'm set free. Hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah. God t truly did it.
To watch people who the baton was down to in action is a beautiful thing. The Late Frank Williams and The Late Rev Benjamin Cone Jr pass the baton to Min. Benjamin Cone III and Christian Cone. David Curry and other musicians from the original Mississippi Choir to Stan Jones , Min. Benjamin Cone III and Christian Cone. The Mississippi Mass Choir is in good hands. The Legency of The Mississippi Mass Choir lives on. Thank you to the Late Frank Williams and the Late Rev Benjamin Cone Jr

The end of this video saved the whole song for me. Whew!! I was bout to say HARD PASS until I finally heard the live part. Why is it so HEAVILY produced???! 😅 I love the new sound, hate the production tho. I would never produce a REAL mass choir as if it was a small community ensemble 😕😕
Facts. It sounds amazing especially the second half you’re right when you hear the full choir. I was actually there that night, and when they show the altos singing in the audience, they have a footage of me in the audience. It was amazing. And the song sounded so good at the recording.
Actually I’m wrong. I actually had a phone conversation with Stan. The guy it’s on here singing. We talked. And he told me the second half to overdose was still there. The sound just opened up because the audience was singing with the overdubs was still there. But it was a more open sound. But nothing actually changed.
@@curtisdrummerellerbe9544 ya know…I can believe every bit of that bro…such is advanced technology, software, and equipment…can’t be mad at giving the people what they want…but ain’t gotta like it either lol
@@GeeQue03 true can’t wait for the full album because the songs on here are Slammin. But I think because this song gives it more of a CCM vibe they felt that this song will put them on the charts better and it did. It’s number one unfortunately CCM is overruling. But this is probably a 12 or 13 track album and this is a very diverse album in a great way so the traditional sound is still there and they’re contemporary urban as well.
What is the promises???? 2 Peter 1:3 (ESV) His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence, 2 Peter 1:4 (ESV) by which he has granted to us his precious and very great PROMISES, so that through them you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world because of sinful desire.
Many of the choirs nowadays are singing without the anointing of God. Many are becoming more and more worldly in the looks and singing and it’s just sad!
Judging 🧐??? MAN looks on the outside GOD looks at the HEART ❤️🤣. Peace ✌️ OUT. Stying after the white churches. FACT! From a 50+ year musician. Peace ✌️.
I’m so glad though the extended version captures the raw footage of the choir singing because I was there that night and there’s some shots of me on the recording on this one
@@gangstagummybear3432yup. Including Milton, Biggham and Venora. Brown back singing together and yes, the three that you mention it singing. Also, do you have some special guests Brian Courtney Wilson Crystal Aiken or however, you spell it lol. Paul Porter. And of course, as you see Myron Butler, who also wrote the song for Lillian Lilly and I believe singing a song with her as well. Tina, Campell of Mary Mary wrote a song with her husband called we are the church to upbeat, footstomping hand, clapping song. . And Alisa Patrick. McDonald. The same lady that leads got gets the glory. She has a new song which is entitled is your all on the altar a favorite classic him now and they did that as the last song Benjamin Cone lll I believe has a song as well, and a few other new lead singers in the Mississippi Mass Choir.
This was recorded at Word of life Church, Flowood, Mississippi October 28, 2022 at 7:00 PM just a couple of miles a few miles outside of Jackson Mississippi about 10 or 15 minutes from downtown Jackson
Radio edit version and live version are both live. The only difference is the radio version is they took a lot of the song out to make this song shorter it’s still the same video.😅😅
Maybe it’s just me but I disagree with the words of this song. Mainly because I don’t have to worry about God keeping his promises to me, if anything I’m the one that comes short in keeping mine. I don’t know about anybody else so I can only speak for me, this song isn’t for me.
