I was there for it. The best kick I’ve ever seen. I was behind the post and I thought he missed it then I saw us jumping the barrier and I yelled “LETS GO”! And hopped the barrier onto the field.

Nice kick nostalgia for me when i think of great endings to a college football game that may be a legendary kick i love that kansas state players reaction when he made it like for real and i love the reaction of the kansas sate fans and they were totally silent when when he made it and mizzou fans stormed the field like they couldn't believe what just happened or they just seen and mizzou won the cotton bowl good kick and yeah i will be stunned if he is not drafted

KSU straight up blew it. Their schedule, in conjunction w/ a mediocre Big 12 this year, set them up for an attempted run at the National Championship. Clearly, their toughest game should have been at UT in November, since the rest of the teams on their schedule hadn't played very well. They could've crept up the polls from a strong starting position, but this set fire to that idea.

It's a crazy game. I could never bet on it. Too much uncertainty. No one saw either Ksu or TCU playing in the conference championship last year. Ksu fans thought they were toast after Tulane. There's probably 6 teams that could win the conference and I have no idea who that's going to be.

eh not really. him being there or not doesn't have much effect. If anything he might be more distracting. But the point of him being there is so if the kick is short they can attempt to return it back for a touchdown and win themselves. And at that distance it's pretty likely it would fall short.

Yes the timing of it being a make or break kind of game makes it a huge win. Not just for the season but this game pretty much was going to affect the direction of the program no matter what the outcome was. It’s still only week 4 and we could very well have a disappointing season, but it feels like the win you look back on years from now if Drinkwitz is successful

Yeah I agree. I like field storming when you beat Alabama or Georgia or someone like that, but Kansas State? Also Colorado has rushed the field for both home games. It just seems ridiculous and meaningless now
