Trying to find an excuse to leave office on a high note. Her BLM group needs the votes to stay as a public vote for their agendas. Someone should do a check on every case she refused to goto and find a connection. On that note the bill is a good reason why educated persons should have power when conducting safety measures. I grew up in North St Louis from 1959 to 1975 I went to Bryan Hill School my sisters and brothers also went there from Kg to 8th Grade went from Bryan Hill to in 3rd Grade I started going to Herzog School also in North St Louis. in all of my 63 years I have never seen so much crime until Ms Gardner became the prosecutor for the city. As a white woman adult I lived in Hyde Park on New house off of Blair near 11th St in the 90's and then on the Southside in the 2000's up until recently in the last year or 2. This prosecutor if that's what she is called has done nothing for the City. my friend sat in jail because of her for 3 years to the day with the CAO'S office withholding evidence for a trail that was continued by the prosecutor for 3 years to the day if his arrest! I find it shameful that they wasted taxpayer money in a case that they new full well this man had not committed the crime he was being charged with while they had the criminal that did commit the crime in custody also for that time the evidence clearly showed my friend was not the criminal at all and they new that from the beginning I also believe that the STLPD NEW HE WAS NOT THE SHOOTER IR INVOLVED IN ANYWAY ITHER THAN IT TAKING PLACE IN FRONT OF HIS HOME ON THAT FATEFUL DAY!! STLPD IS NOT AS CREDIBLE IR TO BE TRUSTED THEY ARE PRIMARILY RUDE AND IGNORANT BECAUSE OF THE MASS CHAOS IF CRIME IN THE CITY!

The State should seek reimbursement from Gardner for a part of her salary when she attended nursing graduate and was otherwise studying during official work hours.

If you were a hospital administrator, would you hire Gardner as a nurse, knowing she has a law degree and could sue you for every perceived infraction while on the clock?

Okay, I'm just Dutch and I'm only part of a pragmatic race of people (besides being tall), but there is an easy solution here. The law is the law, it's the same in all districts. The DA of one circuit is dismissed on neglect, but there are like 30 DA offices in the state. Distribute and assign all those cases to the other DA's and allow them to do law where is none. Better yet, make it a law to randomly reassign cases to different districts to make sure no favoritism is applied on the regular. It keeps all the DA's on their tows to actually perform their job. This is normal times of all DA's being assigned. It helps to faster sort out this kind of crap.
