From the start you need more nutrition as major organs of baby are developing but you don't need to eat more calories instead more vitamins minerals rich food
Some say squats from first trimester. But I can't my baby is too low. Doctors said no sex, no stairs, no squats toilet, no weight lifting. So yeah every pregnancy is difference.
1.dont eat for two 😊 2.exercising without doctor supervision 3.dont eat uncooked food while travelling 😢 4.special rest is not required 5.not connecting with your baby in stomach 😮 6.spend time with your partner 7.take care of your self 8. 6 months pregnant. it's hard for me to exercise or walk. I feel so slow, my muscles feel tight and i get shortness of breath..but i know its important to at least walk 😶

Yes of course I too believe it but last week we have come to know that there are triplets and among them twins and one single baby and those twins are too weak.if I continue with triplets,it may get aborted so we are going to remove twins which are weak and then single baby will be healthy
