Looks like you got the cheap wash not platinum... I have platinum wash and they always skimp out on all the platinum service so I go back around again and tell them I got platinum wash not cheap wash and then I get the full service...
That's not how that works lol. A picture of your car & the details of which wash you bought are automatically displayed on their screen. They don't just pick & choose which wash they want to give you 🤣
