This music is an American jazz standard. I first heard it in 1971, 50 years ago, on Rogers television show. I've always associated this type of boogie-woogie-style piano bass rhythm and blues harmony with railway vehicles of all kinds: trolleys, trains, and cable cars rumbling hurriedly down the track through busy cities. I would even like a tutorial on how to play this classic trolley music. I think of old San Francisco whenever I hear this music or music in this vein.
