Spoiler I read the novel. . . . . . . . . Oliver is not a fault, he is a victim. The party except Orn had been brainwashed to kick him out by Philly who is actually a spy for the evil cult. Oliver is actually very very loyal to his friend Orn and the whole reason he became an adventurer in the first place is to protect Orn since he doesn't have anyone else close to in the world since his parents died and he didn't really get close with the childhood friend.
@@gsctsnet2453 Sorry for the late reply, I didn't see your comment since it was not tagged to my name. But the answer is Syosetsu the Japanese Web Novel site.
I'm still waiting on a manga where the MC is dismissed from a group and they go bankrupt. Without the MC, no one thinks to pay the rent, supplies, or even maintenance on their equipment. When the bill collectors show up, the party freaks out because they squandered all the gold they had saved thanks to the MC thinking he was hoarding. Since the hero party is so unpleasant and arrogant, businesses and sponsors refuse to deal with anyone (which is why the MC did it all). So the party and their reputation does down the drain. :D
I mean there's quite a few that explore concepts related to this xD Honestly I'm more surprised when there is a sense of mutual respect between the original party.
So far, I get that Orn's childhood crush was manipulated into becoming a killer (by her not being told about his survival), meanwhile Selma and Sophia are smitten for the same man. It is interesting that this manga focuses the complications towards inter-personal relationships rather than external factors.
Well the organization clearly think he and Oliver did die. This is evidenced by the fact that they sent her on the mission to kill the 'dragon slayer'. If they knew of his survival they should know they should keep track of him and thus know he's the 'dragon slayer'. Or maybe they just have faith that she's 'dead loyal' to the organization to be able to put her childhood friend in the dirt for them.
@@emperorpalpatine2957 my thought is a third option: they might have brainwashed her into becoming a mindless strike first - verify later killer. If so, they might expect that she'll do the killing before even realizing who she's killed.
@@Maninawig Yeah, considering how okay she is with killing that group of people wouldn't put it past them to do something like that. But I think this is how it's gonna play out: Considering he's a dragon slayer, it means he's of considerable skill so she'd probably monitor him for a short time before striking (She has to find him first after all) even though her class name sounds super complicated and significant. Chances are she'll realize during that monitoring who exactly she's hunting and probably have a lot of second thoughts and conflictions. She'll probably try to just ditch the organization and slide back to Orun's side, only for the organization to show up to say 'can't have that, now can we?' and it'll be revealed she's (Was) part of that organization and is responsible for the deaths of hundreds if not thousands of innocent dungeon divers. Really curious to see how Orun reacts to what she's done. We're probably seeing a shattered heart and permanent friendzone or even worse, complete abandonment.
38:19, Its obvious to join the Rivals when people Drunk on his power Kick him out Claiming he is Dead Weight. If he pushed a C Rank team to the level of S, then what could he do with a Actual S Rank Party? 38:41, Notice the look on the face of the ONE MEMBER who was not drunk on his power when she hears them Announce they Booted him from the party by Their Choice! Why would anyone who Needed hiis power to be an S Rank team do this unless Drunk or Stupid. 43:21, Again, This is something Orin did in the past. When things got hard, he Started issuing commands because he was the Real Leader and not the TOKEN HERO. 44:15, Ah, the voice of reason amoung the Drunks. 1:02:04, Funny how when they are in Trouble the Token Leader is Silent. but one of the Two Vice Leaders is quite Vocal.
Right, that could create a different kind of story like some B rank douchebags abuse and don't pay their party magic buff MC. They abandon him somewhere they know he can't survive. A real S Rank party is passing through that level to go deeper into the dungeon and find him barely alive or something. 🤔
I often find myself constantly changing my role in an RPG depending on what my current party is missing. One time they're missing a tank, so I swap my build to that. Another group had no buffer or healer so I mixed my skills to accommodate both roles although less effective because I only have so many skill slots. It's real fun being a jack of all trades
Yep been reading this, not a lot of chapters unfortunately thus far but what is there is pretty good. It's one of the few that not only explains why he can do things well and what makes him unique, but already establishes how there's limits to that and I find that really refreshing. Often times if you find something its either overpowered and a specific situation or contrivance stops it from growing (or just the personality of the person from abusing) or it takes a long time to get to that point so it feels like its written as it goes (which can be really good but just as easily sloppy). Lot of good manga seem to be in that boat I'm being reccommended this year in regards to under 30 chapter counts...dang ;-;
@@Noobzlikeu I really, really enjoyed the 27? chapters I found that were translated. In my recent spree of reading as i returned to manga for first time in years, its probably in my more anticipated/hoped for new chapters. Not the top but definitely in the upper tier if continues. The characters are absolutely written in a way where a anime adaptation is visually conceivable without the risk of adding/cutting things out. I am currently awaiting a lot of these i read in the spree to be updated. This one seems like it gets updated monthly so hopefully by december 1st we get a few new chapters!
@@NoobzlikeuTo update my comment from minutes ago, i saw one site mention 28.4 as of november 12th (this manga has chapters divided into points for those unaware). so we will hopefully get that!
I regret to inform whoever reads this that the manga's latest chapters blure themselves in terms of story. Introducing a variety of characters with little or even no context, just as a potential antagonist, and twisting existing characters around without fleshing out the main story.
I’m waiting for the Manga where the main character is kicked out because he actually is weak and the party actually does care about their safety and ends up having to join a rookie team. That team, and the MC, eventually grows strong enough that it can save the original team in their hour of need.
Or humiliate and expose their very nature that the nations even those who summoned them now despise them. It really happened in a certain manga where the hero betraying the MC was eliminated and lost it all.
damn i hope orn saves the healer from the heros party, and tbh saves oliver too, its clear the idiots being manipulated, but god i hate how these people whove been together for so long get blind sided by greed and fame like holy shit man, you both lost your village and vcowed to become stronger how can you become so blind now, hoefully he can redeem himself
Manga name: Yuusha Party o Oida Sareta Kiyou Binbou aka The Jack-Of-All-Trades Kicked Out of the Hero’s Party: The Swordsman Who Became a Support Mage Due to Party Circumstances, Becomes All-Powerful by Itsuki Togami, Yonezo
Well this is a pretty decent series. The MC is op but not to an absolutely ridiculous extent like most "secretly broken" mcs since a lot of it comes from just having a well rounded skillset and his trump cards either come with a cost and/or difficult/awkward to use. Curious to see how his reunion with his childhood friend goes. I wonder will he call her out about how cold/ruthless she is? One thing that is annoying is that the later English translations are kinda crumby. The decent quality ones only go up to CH 19.
Man part 2 had way too much filler. I was hoping for us seeing them actually learning, the aftermath of the hero party, and who that guy who has a grudge against Orin is. Not to mention Orin’s new sword.
This is indeed great. Saw all of it, 'Jack of Trades' is pleasant not only the post party activity, but the lucky counter hire. Overly ambitious youth reminds us all, doesn't it? What a happy romp.
posting this with the same name as the previous release would've been helpful. I do not think this link is in the description or pinned comment of the previous release
i am 2 minutes in and still dont know if MC is actually strorng but im posting it anyways. These "Revenge" Mangas never make sense or atleast in some cases. MC is weak cuz the party got stronger and MC is just extra weight. Reasonable. So they have every right to kick him out. Why would you bother with a B class in a full S class group. Thats as much idiotic as IRL when a girl and boy has a relationship. Boy neglects body and self improvement in general. Girl is annoyed and breaks up. Then as "Revenge" boy works on himself and improves to get Revenge as to show ex gf what she lost. LIKE ITS NOT EVEN REVENGE. Why dont the guy just improve when in relationship.
The only reason they kicked him out is because of personal reasons like there was nothing wrong with his skill like other people acknowledge it but they kicked him out for probably personal reasons as nothing to do with his skill I know he doubts what they're saying but it's not true though.
Wasn't he complaining about his old team going to floor 92 too quickly with their new member? His new party is going to floor 86. I cannot imagine that 6 floors makes a massive difference. I would think floor 86 is still very difficult and not optimal for teamwork practice.
The difference is that his old team had barely any teamwork capabilities due to them unknowingly relying on Orn far too much. On the other hand, Orn saw the abilities of his new team and ascertained that they would be just fine on higher floors.
Also keep in mind power level difference. Orin is capable of dealing the black dragon alone, therefore even if he did drag his teammates to that floor he would be able to take care of them.
