On July 6, 2023, Ronald Anthony Burgos-Aviles, 33, was convicted of two counts of murder in the April 2018 deaths of Grizelda Hernandez, 28, and their toddler son, Dominic Alexander Hernandez.

This was an horrific murder case! The fact he killed that sweet child and his mother. The family will never be the same, along with the Jurors, Law Enforcement responders. Seeing a murdered child so viciously attacked, these people will never get those searing image’s out of their minds. Evil incarnate monsters commit crimes like these. 😔💔😞💔😞

Knowing or not doesn’t change the fact that she was his mistress. Because he was married she would have that title, unfortunate but just the reality of the meaning of the word.

@@luluc2204 except that during the trial they openly discussed that she was driving by his house and taking pictures of his wife. They found tons of pics and conversations with him stating that he wanted to work on his marriage and that’s why they were not together. Maybe that’s why they’re continuing to use it, but if not any female who is with a married man, regardless of knowledge, will be referred to as a mistress because that is the correct usage of the word.

I watched this entire case with Grizzly True Crime my very first true crime trial. I was hooked. Thank goodness Justice was served and Mr Borgos will NEVER BE FREE!!!!! I hate that they call her by mistress and not by her name Grizelda. Again another way to make a victim look bad. We can do better please.

Anthony was listening to the DA very well.. I think he saw a ✋writing on the Wall from God and it trouble his spirit. you 👁️👁️ on his face as the DA Closing Guilty on his Countenance. Never, in the tens of trials ive watched over the years have I seen a defendant look as guilty as this guy during a closing. If he could shrink under the table he...and he should have in shame. Murdering his son and the mother who was unfortunate to ever ever ever meet this cretin!! EXCELLENT CLOSING. SPOKE FOR THE VICTIMS.

The cops who took him in to be questioned didn't handcuff him, so Avilez was in the back seat busy trying to clean himself off. He said he had allergies & was trying to wipe his nose.

I followed this case with the Grizzlies. We were disappointed with the verdict. Burgos belongs on death row 38:14 Tap on that time stamp but beware please it gets graphic 😢

Some of the worst people are cops or in some form of law enforcement hate to say it but it is what it is. He stabbed his own child. the idea he was having sex with no condom or vasectomy show he was messed up mentally... he didn't give a dam. Everybody knew he was guilty after the camera footage.
