I don't think there ever was a wittnes testified to no gun. It is just possible Jason was mistaken by what saw and Casey's was no threat. Never turned on flashing lights, never complely inform the cops in other truck, never used his back, I don't believe for a minute Casey at his house pointed a gun at Noone I also don't believe he saw or heard or knew Jason was there. Next trial jury pool is going to be harder because Jason lies are exposed and state will be ready and a conviction will happen He's another derick chauvrn he said in a speah I love to hunt people and take the first shot and he did 1,, 2,3,4,5,6 shots to the back of a man inside his home disgusting
What dose that prove it could have came lose from flimsy holster. When he fell he landed face down and according to two witnesses in the home. His arms was stretched out past shoulders and his hand laid flat on floor. The Jason turned body over first he says shoulders then says feet. And he says Casey arms and hands was against his upper torso and gun was close to body. I think he turned body manipulated his arms and his hands and moved the gun. Hope he's found guilty next trial because all his lies exposed now
He saw gun when he turned Casey over and then manipulated his arms and hands saw gun on floor. So then he made the story about Casey pointing a gun at him from his back door of his house. He assumed Casey had a gun in hand pointed it at him in intersection. Which to me was proven wrong. Then pursue a man for no reason or threat. I believe Casey never saw or heard meade and then Jason shoots him 1,2,3,4,5,6 in back not justification it's unlawful murder
@@dianahayes472 Casey was waiving/flashing/pointing the gun at the cop that is what led to the chase. How would the cop know he had a gun unless he was telling the truth? He have to stop protecting criminals.
