Only because she gets all the flack when most of them did equally bad things. The problem is that she had a bad judgment moment and broken the signal. She was severely bullied and ostracized by the mean girls. I think she actually cares the most about the others. The others don’t seem to act like it.

She wa trying to prevent him from killing hinself because she cared about him. Otherwise, she wouldn’t do anything. She seemed to care more than the others about people surviving. I think it’s telling when others try to make her out to be the bad guy when she literally saved the most lives. Destroying the signal was bad, yes, but I think if she had better role models or guidance, she would have made different decisions

@@aaronmoyano2340and a reminder that people got fired for being gay back then. She wanted him to live. Even after knowing he didn’t love her, she still cared about him and was traumatized by people around her dying.

I love Melanie Lynskey and she definitely adds humorand has already proven herself to be a good actress, but the woman who played young Shauna was amazing. Also, Christina Ricci is amazing and underrated. Plus older Taissa (I literally just looked up the cats and don’t see her wtf) is incredible. The whole ensemble should win something. I need therapy just from watching it. It’s fun to watch Juliette Lewis in anything and I love her and Christina Ricci as reluctant friends. I cried when the younger brother Javi died. We still don’t know what happened about the scene we see in the future of a woman being killed (or at least drained after dying) and eaten. I think it’s the girl who Misty called a brat. I used to think it was Lottie but obviously she’s still alive.

@@aaronmoyano2340 One thing I never liked from Misty was that she attempted to poison Coach Scott with mushrooms. But the mushrooms were added to a stew by Mari and made everyone except for Misty and Jackie go crazy.

She has a fucked up moral code because of the trauma , but not a sociopath. She seemed the most shocked and horrified at what other people were doing. Besides Natalie, she has still committed the least amount of crime. Yet viewers blame her the most. Interesting 🧐. Seems like popularity protects people from blame and consequences.

Having her and Walter working together reminded of their characters from The Legend of Spyro Dawn of the Dragon. Because the actress (Christina Ricci) who played Misty voiced Cynder and the actor (Elijah Wood) who played Walter voiced Spyro.

I don’t think she is a sociopath. I think she is traumatized by severe bullying and has developed distrust of people. But if she WAS a sociopath, she wouldn’t have done any of the things she did as they didn’t benefit her. If she is, then Shauna and Taissa are ten times worse. Natalie is the most normal one throughout. The coach was right. Did he go off to live in the cave or die in the fire? I wonder if he had a psychotic break and he was the one who started the fire?

26:00 is just sad. She didn’t kill Crystal. Did threaten her but I think so she wouldn’t tell anyone because she doesn’t want to be eaten. Crystal fell. Misty just trusted too much. Keep it to yourself Misty😢. Also, pointing out the mistake of the use “bestie”. No one called each other bestie in the 90s.
