Fabric dye applied carefully can fix the fading. With stickers, they eventually peel off. The new ones just aren’t worth it. They’re like the old $25 replicas. And the sizing is more like undershirt sizing, if you’re tall the new ones are just too short.
I made this video 2 years ago and I've had the newer jerseys and never had an issue with the "stickers" peeling off after multiple washes. Whereas the older generation jerseys fade after a couple washes. Attempting to dye the numbers/name is a risky game if you dont do it correctly it could complete ruin the jersey. Everyone has their own opinion though and I appreciate yours 🙏
Stick-on will come off as they aged. Just like glue on shoes. Ithink. I think stiiches are better. And i usually hand wash my jersey and i avoid rubbing the name number and logo. And i fold them right.
It doesn't matter if it's swingman. For that price tag it's supposed to last! All I know my Magic swingman shorts, I think it's first gen as it's bought long time ago, tje star on the side got ao scratched during washing. That I don't even want to wear it anymore.
@@blagic because of the material they're made with, its like a thick plastic rather than a screen print that won't wear as it isn't a fabric material like the 1st Gen.
You can’t buy every jersey authentic. For example they made the Jordan 96 all star game swing man and authentic but other players was only swingman. Not every body wanna be seen wearing the same player. I went with SHAQ the first gen. I would dare spend 150$ on a screen print nothing I can do that myself.
