Hi Paul, thanks for this. On the whole no problems at all. The picture is very good on HD channels in particular. Sound is a bit of a weaker point but one can manual boost the bass response in the settings and that reduces the naturally somewhat thin quality. We would generally route audio through our hi fi if we were watching something relying on really good audio. Switching through channels is a tad slow using the channel +/- buttons but if one uses the electronic programme guide it is more responsive. Hope that helps, Ross

@@rosspurves7579 yes that is great thanks. I am buying it for my elderly aunt. She didn’t want to go as big as 32 or as small as 24 and my research has found not a great choice of 27-28 on the market and they stock these in my local Addams and Jarrett. So happy days.

@@paulhepden2536 that was what I found too. I specifically needed a 28 for the space available.
