For any new lights out there, we’ve had history with Mithrax and it dates all the way back to D2 year 1. On the moon Titan, we run into him battling a Hive knight and if we choose to not kill him and instead help him kill the knight, he thanks us and vanishes. We also help him foil Eramis’ plans in acquiring the Outbreak Perfected gun in the Zero Hour mission.

I faintly remembered a captain looking at me funny on titan after finishing a mission. I never thought about it again until he showed up at the city. The most notable thing being his armor.

Does he not remember us as the same guardian who saved his life?

He does, but he was going with this sort of rhetorical effect by replacing our guardian in his story with just “a guardian.” Based on his tone and delivery, I’d say it’s safe to say he remembers us sparing his life.
