This video really resonated with me, especially when you said "In martial arts, you shouldnt expect to be taught every detail of every waza. This kind of passive learning has inherit limitations." What an amazing insight. Thank you. I promise, I will steal as much from your lesson as I can :)

This is so inspiring. Personally I try to keep focus on the idea that there are no limits to what I can do with my body, rather than telling myself what I can not do. I truly feel that a huge part of personal limitation is by far self-imposed. Thank you Mr. Shin.

I have been encouraging people to use video for years through our coaching courses and dojo teaching. Your video is spot on. I never knew about the effect this has on learning behaviours though (the parts of the brain being switched on when you see someone do something) - this is so useful and interesting.
