I hear ya Joe. I never throw out a thing. Seems indulgent to just scrap a car and not take out as much as possible. Every nut and bolt gets kept. I don't even throw out stuff that gets replaced. Nuts I know, but you just never know...

Your manufactured parts. I’ve been doing a lot of painting of interior parts. Do you have rear trunk cover clips. Mine lets the cover hit me in the face when I open the trunk lol. I had to retro fit different fog lights this past weekend. I joined your forum last night. Watching you gives me hope for my car lol. Great work.

Mitsubishi abandoned one of their best products ever made. They also took over Bombardier CRJ program. Two wrong moves from my point of view, i just hope they will some day come back to support these car and redesign new ones, why not...SALUDOS Joe...

I've literally got a 5 gallon bucket full of bolts from parting out 3000GT's and Stealth's. I've thought about sending them out for re zinc coating but haven't looked too hard.

If you have any U-pick auto yards near you check them out. You might have a bit of luck and find some rare parts...like I did for my '92 Stealth. I got the suspension control computer and a tachometer for less than $45(US dollars).

Watching your section on zinc plating I’m wondering can the intake manifold be replated? Also what is my option when it comes to replacing electrical connectors? I’m currently pulling the engine on my 1991 VR4 and a lot of my clips are breaking so I’m wondering where I can get replacements since I don’t think it can be restored.
