That diff lock is for the central diff not the back like you suggested in the video. That will make it two wheel drive in the end, one in normal 4 wheel drive
Not a tiptronic, it's a CVT on 2.4 model (correct me if I'm wrong) The 2.2 Di-D diesel has a 6at (currently have an 8at, personally liked the diesel one than the petrol one) also available with 4wd
