You should’ve put tension on the left cam sprock as the tensioner is on the bottom right and it’s better if the extra slack is on the right cam sprocket
That’s a 4G63 not the best looking one but still a 4G63. I have a lot of 4G63 vehicles in my life I currently own a 1992 eagle talon tsi awd with a billet built 4G63

Most engines use Hall effect type sensors on both the crankshaft and camshafts to ensure timing is right. The vehicle uses this info to control variable timing systems, as well as monitor and regulate fuel consumption/power. Soooo crank/cam correlation codes mean either bad timing, contaminated oil, or failing cam phasers (mostly on chain engines) Rule of thumb? Every 7 years or 100,000 miles, you should have the T-belt inspected/Replaced. Hope this helped.

What the fuck is a 6G63 I currently own a First generation eclipse well it’s not an eclipse it’s an eagle talon so is the 6G63 a v6 or what. Because here in America I’ve never heard of something with a 6G63 and I’m a huge Mitsubishi/ Chrysler fan but I’ve never heard of that weird engine I do know a lot about 4G63’s the in-line four cylinders found in an evo 1-9 and the first and second GEN eclipses also known as a Eagle Talon’s Mitsubishi eclipse’s and Plymouth lasers
