Thanks for sharing the link for their website. Unfortunately I couldn't find any information on the panels. Just their build options on a composite pick-up bed camper. Have been looking for a company here in Florida with no luck.

If you contact them and talk to Jean Francois I’m sure he would be happy to get you more info - they are super busy building campers, not much time to work on the website!

There's a place called Boreas Composite Panels in Pueblo, Colorado.

I'm a little skeptical about 36mm thickness and panels' structural rigidity I am sure we hear good stories but no one who fails will tell you about it

I have no concerns over the strength of these panels.

Did you share the most important information about the panels in another video? How much, where did they come from, how long from order to delivery, How much was shipping? I, too, went through the same decision-making process and came to the same conclusions. Are these from Topolo in China?

Today, no idea, when I got them, about $25CAD ($20USD) per square foot.

Just stumbled upon your channel and really enjoyed watching your build as it progresses. If you don’t mind me asking, is NextRV making panels for DIYers or is this a one off? They are right across the border for us and would be an amazing resource. Keep up the great work and videos!

NextRV is about to enter production of their truck campers - and has raw materials on site, which I purchased. If you contact them, they may be able to sell you a set as well, depending on their production timing, and when the next shipment is coming in. 👍

These panels are being used by Pellet housing out of Everett Washington and also Toilet tech out of Washington - I wonder who is supplying them? Pellet housing is the goto source contractor for cities providing structures for the homeless! Their business is booming! toilet Tech is the goto contractor for providing outhouses and composting toilets!
@BruceandKrista
@BruceandKrista Месяц назад
Possibly Total Composites? They are a pretty big user of these panels and get into some unique builds.

Awesome channel. You mentioned the weight per sq foot which is good to know. What is the price per sq. ft ? Can't wait to see the panels get assembled.
@BruceandKrista

Thanks! Cost is about 22/sqft CAD, or about 16/sqft USD at current exchange. When you consider it’s finished inside and out, that’s not bad!

just started watching all your videos. just wondering what the plan is for the wiring? id threre any channels for wiring? or will all be surfaced ran? thanks
@BruceandKrista
@BruceandKrista 10 месяцев назад
Hi! - thanks for watching! Wiring will be all internal to cabinets - or external on the roof (for solar). The front end dinette will have a floor to ceiling cabinet in the center that we can run wires inside to get from the roof into the interior - and a few other areas have floor to ceiling “routes”. Interior lighting will be LED strip lights.

Looking forward to that! I saw one person who glued aluminum extrusions to the inside and then attached more extrusions to those to make cabinet frames.

I’ll be using t-slot, or 80/20 to build some of the interior, and there will be sections that are bonded to the insides of these panels. 😎.

@@BruceandKrista Nice! I love that stuff but haven’t yet used it in the RV, just around the house. Another product I have been playing with is T track slots. I’ve got a strip of that with RAM Mount balls on my dashboard. My favorite extrusion supplier is Misumi. They have a huge range of extrusions. The small simple ones are reasonably priced. The exotic ones are priced for people building out a factory :)
