Mitsubishi Strada Athlete 4x4 Review and Offroad Test! [Car Review]
The 2022 Mitsubishi Strada Athlete 4x4 is the top-spec Mitsubishi Strada in the country today. In this Filipino car review, we take the 2022 Mitsubishi Strada Athlete 4x4 onto a mountain jungle trail to see how it performs off road. The Mitsubishi Strada Athlete 4x4 has rally genes in its blood, and it was able to handle the tight jungle trails quite well. The Mitsubishi Strada Athlete 4x4 is the most affordable 4x4 lifestyle truck in the segment today, but it is also one of the oldest. The Mitsubishi Triton is another name for the Mitsubishi Strada, where it is called the 2022 Mitsubishi Triton in other markets. Here in the Philippines, the Mitsubishi Strada goes up against the likes of the Toyota Hilux Conquest, the Mazda BT50, the Ford Ranger FX4Max, the Nissan Navara Pro4x, and the Isuzu DMAX. It is a well populated field, but the Mitsubishi Strada Athlete 4x4 can hold its own in the local truck wars.

for everyone's information this is what the strada top of the line has that no other japanese or american brand pickup has. 2H - 2 High 4H - 4 High 4HLc - 4 High-Locked center differential 4LLc - 4 Low-Locked center differential P.S. only the mitsubishi strada 4x4 athlete has center locking differential while the rest only has rear locking differential, that's what makes the mistubishi strada athlete unique and special.

Yung aircon vents sa ceiling nasa sa 4WD M/T din, at yang strada athlete ay my central differential lock. Both central at rear differential lock works the same.

Hopefully MMPC will also lend you a Montero Spott GT 4WD for an off-road test drive. The Montero is the only PPV I know so far that comes standard with 2 diff locks (Center and Rear 😁).

Strada 4x4, top of the line _Manual Transmission *Easy Select 4wd, 2H 4H 4L _Automatic Transmission *Super Select 4wd ll 2H 4H 4HLc 4LLc (no Rear Differential Lock) I dont like the location of the handbrake, it supposed to be located near the driver side not the passenger side. On the not so often discussed practical side of owning this truck: The PMS. Is it like most vehicles where there's an oil change for the the first 1,000 kilometers then a pms for the next 10,000 kilometers or the next 6 months; a whichever comes first kind of option thingamajig?

The tyres are Road tyres are not really for off road there's no point having four-wheel drive if you don't have the tires to go with it when it rains or just set in Spain reduce 2 wheel spinning you will have four wheels spinning

Sir im ur avid fan... can u help me decide between Dmax LSA 4x2 At and this Strada Gls 4x2 AT? Factors to consider is their price and discount... Strada is 1,325,000 less 160k for the 2021 model & less 115k for 2022 model. Dmax LSA 4x2 AT 1,390,000 less 70k discount.. Thank you sir! Stay safe!

The DMAX is a newer platform, and has a better ride quality on the tarmac than the Strada. It's a bit roomier too.
