The Helltaker soundtrack just got nominated for Best Soundtrack in the 2020 Steam Awards... I don't even know what to say! store.steampowered.com/steamawards/2020/
congrats, my friend! (it's great really) I have a choice to make! Doom had a great soundtrack, that really made you speed up and act better and better. But your ones... As gameplay addition, I think, it could be not as affective, but your tracks are fitting my personal preference more... Hm, still worth congratulations! Well done Edited: Voted for Helltaker, though I don't think the indie would be as popular as world spread fps, you already achieved an ultimate goal!
I always thought that Helltaker was one of those niche games, no offense. Its pretty cool that it made it up there, hopefully it doesnt get beat out by 5923rd Doom game. I voted for Helltaker as well.
We only waited 2000 years to finally be aware of Hell and not get scared. Bible,I don't trust you. I only trust big anime demons with tits and a god-like human who keeps slaying demons
RU-vid suggested this to me from a Doom soundtrack mix. All I can say is, these two games seem to have very different ideas of how to penetrate demons.
Mittsies: What's the best way to get my music out there? Vanripper: How about in a game where everyone will go nuts over sharply dressed demon ladies? Mittsies: *Deal, no questions asked.*
@@smthngbd When Google+ was a thing it was a bit of a meme near the end to have this profile picture, I've just never changed it. No idea what it's from besides that it's lyra.
Instructions unclear: ended up going to hell and back, currently making pancakes for an alcoholic, an angel, a heavy smoker, a doggo, a blind, a CEO, an animal lover, a thirsty mf, a thicc fly, and a coffee addict.
A pancake (or hotcake, griddlecake, or flapjack, not to be confused with oat bar flapjacks) is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil or butter. Archaeological evidence suggests that pancakes were probably the earliest and most widespread cereal food eaten in prehistoric societies.
Imagine not having played Helltaker and stumbling upon this song by RU-vids random "wanna see this stuff?" algorithm. Had no idea what the comments were all about, eventually found out about the game, and now have a new game/fandom *plus* a newfound artist to enjoy.
1million GET edit: 2 million already? Now that's a GLORIOUS SUCCESS. Thanks again for the love and support! ♥ edit: 3 million views... but how many hip-shakes?
Hello I'm Korean. I'm using a translator and I'm sorry if this is weird. I used to'illegal' this song to do'Helltaker Parody' in the past. I'm really sorry for that. When I downloaded the song, I used it without knowing that it was a paid song. I'm really sorry . That made me a little popular and hurt the original author. I'm really sorry. I am still reflecting on it. I'm really sorry again. Thank you for reading the long article. + Oh my! There is an article saying that you can use it for free if you do not make a profit from the original author's Q&A. But I've done something wrong, so I'm still reflecting on it. I hope that the original author is not harmed..
Honestly man, I find it incredibly mature that you took time out of your life to write an apology comment for that. Props to you; you're more mature than 90% of the internet.
I like how each level in this game is basically two puzzles in one. 1) Actually beating the level 2) Not saying something that will get you killed Except for Justice. Justice is cool.
Helltaker presents: Polish Carameldessen because holy shit its no less addictive and has that epic pulse that doesn't not get old despite the fact any sane person has listened to this on repeat for THREE FUCKING WEEKS WITH NO REST OR SLEEP THIS IS JUST PANDEMONICA'S WAY OF BEING THE SADISTIC DEMON, ISN'T IT?
When I played helltaker there was a specific feeling, or a specific thought that felt like it was trying to enter my head. At the time, I couldn't tell what it was, but now I know... This comment was the exact thing I was thinking of
Before playing Helltaker,I was a strong man. Hell,I encountered countless videogame girls and I never felt for one single of them. I was strong. Then came this game. Tell me HOW IN THE NAME OF GOD this game which is the simplest in terms of mechanics, lore and everything, turned me on and made me fell on love with every single demon. I wanna say "fuck you" to the dev,but I can't because he created a masterpiece of a game,if this game will not get a sequel/manga adaption or something like that I would we really pissed EDIT: i'll probably tattoo the pogchamp skeleton on my body because it's so beautiful
@@unhingedelbows2907 It's an anime style game and the literally went through hell to get these girls. There's no way he isn't getting freaky with them.
This has started with Vanripper thinking there isn't enough demon girls in suits fanarts on the internet. This guy deserves to have his story be taught at school.
Hey everyone. As soon as I possibly can: I'll be putting this song (and many others) into a new album on Bandcamp. It'll also be available on Spotify, and many other places too. I'll be uploading some new tracks soon as well.
In the first age, on the first vacation Eternal rage he unleashed upon a fruit plantation In smashing rocks with passion and carnation cultivation His scorched soul finally found a long-sought salvation

Sure the game was fun, and yes the art was charming, but your music brought an absolutely wonderful new dimension of charm and energy to it. Cheers, and thank you for your work!
