Many times and almost every time he is done with preparing a dish, here the video is made to show how food is prepared that's why those part are not here,i m there regular costumer,they maintain good hygiene,btw how many times a pizza maker washes his hand while making pizza and uses his fingers,btw i have seen old men making pizza and dough with bare hands and people enjoying there food
@@ayushranjan3861 Our Indian chef uses gloves all the time he is handling food,not only for hygiene reasons but also re assures anyone watching him that hygiene is no 1 priority, as does having an open view kitchen and prep area,gives customers lots of confidence.
Nobody cares, getting cooked anyway. Best wrap yourself in cling film and stay at home if you think every chef washes and drys hands after each dish, no time my friend, work sensibly and obviously refrain from scratching your arse while on the line 😂
