They are more like East Asians. South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, even China (major cities), all are much cleaner on average than South Asian countries.
India was is and will never be complete without our North Eastern brothers and sisters. Truly remarkable beings brave, friendly and hard working. Wish they get the much needed respect and love from the rest of India.

Mizoram is the southern most State of all of the 7 North East States or 7 sisters states and it's also the gateway to East Asia or Southeast Asia countries the other Union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands are also geographically part of Maritime South East Asia.

See the difference between northeast and central welcome nature when we see people from central india we treat like same as our people but when we North Eastern go for central india they treat us like we doesn't exist from this country really feel pity for ourselves
