Okay for your help! It's not only staying alone or isolation, do not wear strong perfume at night and don't go to places like forests with your hair down, don't peepee anywhere don't abuse in any strange place, and mostly don't do some crazy activities in the form of prank near any graveeee

Dirty places are their abode. It's very likely that they try to comfort you which is basically their obsession with you. ●Never leave your clothes hanging in washrooms. ● If you smell some sort of Fragrance out of nowhere (let's say a place which doesn't have any source of perfume or flowers) DO NOT PINPOINT IT and go around searching It's source. Same goes for if you see some sort of animal or something. Ignore it and move ahead. It's safer that way 😁 One more thing, negative energies are not Myths! I certainly do believe they exist (for I share a house with them 👾 yep! My house is sort of haunted (No. Not like that dilapidated bungalow you see in every horror movies )

Depression is always dangerous

Isolating yourself from the world for a long time definitely does harm to your mental health. I was like that for 4 years in my hostel room and my mental state got very bad by the 4th year. So i decided to change my room to somewhere with a roommate. Changing rooms did wonders for me. I stay so happy these days while I used to always be in a sour mood before. Even my friends have noticed this. Later I heard from other students that my old room and the rooms beside that room, were haunted lol. Now that I think about it, I did hear some noises once in a while of things falling outside my room, windows closing really loudly even when my neighbours weren't in the room and also sometimes things randomly fell in my room (not that often tho), but I never paid much attention to it thinking it might be wind, etc. Heard the students from the room beside my old room moved to a different room in the middle of the semester because they just couldn't sleep in their room. Kinda makes me wonder if the worsening of my mental health was a result of whatever was in that room.

So for those who don't know jins are entity which are not visible by human eyes they have families like us and they are good and evil like us and they also have different religions like us. I believe that jinn exists and they are far more dangerous than ghosts but here i think it was her mental problem like she took medication for anxiety and all and she became good and she was depressed too from her breakup that's why she was thinking no one loves her and being rude to your parents in normal in teenage years was just making notes for oogenesis (neet student) but the story ran a shiver in my body

Weird thing is I'm experiencing something similar......I've been a chubby girl ever since I remember, but suddenly I lost my weight and got skinnier(this was during covid). I didn't have a breakup in particular but yeah I'm a introvert and my only bff had to move to some other city and other so called friends made me a outcast. Idk what happened to me but I suddenly lost my appetite and didn't speak to anyone at home.....I skipped meals oftenly......my health started getting bad a year before covid and it didn't get any better in coming years......fast forward to 2021 my health got worse and I skipped many classes.....(I used to getting difficulty in breathing and dizziness yet whenever I visited doctors they said it's a normal allergy and gave me few weeks of medication but my health didn't get any better)......2022 I joined college after summer vacation......but my health got even worse and I skipped more classes than before.....I couldn't eat well, stomach aches, difficulty in breathing, dizziness, vomiting, body aches especially leg pain etc were a regular thing now......but along with that I started experiencing sleep paralysis, I could see shadowy figures that disappeared suddenly and worst thing I couldn't focus on prayer or studies (I'm good at studies but idk I couldn't study and my grades got bad).....I had nightmares oftenly.....weird thing is my health got worse at school but I was in good shape at home.....I'm not experiencing something like this for one month now but I still feel uneasy......

Ok, After knowing that the story is about Mizoram, I came to listen with great interest. There is a reason behind this, I am from Bangladesh.And the area of ​​Bangladesh from which Mizoram can be seen is Sajek Valley. I was sitting on the balcony of a hotel in Sajek. It was 3.30 or 4.00 at night.I was sitting and watching the clouds around the huge hills of Mizoram. Suddenly it seemed that someone hit my right shoulder very hard while leaving my hotel room through the balcony door. I could not handle the force of the hit and moved. After that I sat down for a while but it was so quiet and scary that I got up and went to the room.

Similar things happened to my mom mama's daughter she is also kind of possessed but now she is better. My mom told me about them one time she is laying on bed and her father scold him for not doing anything and just eating and sleeping all day(that time they don't know that she is acting or being possessed) so when they turned around they feel a pretty tight slap on their back 🫠 and when they turned around and saw she was laying down on bed and smiling they got creaped out 😂. Now she is good .
