Well just made it back from trip last night, but during got fit by Jim and it was a wonderful time, during this fitting Jim ended up fitting me with these wedges 52s,56d,and 60x grinds with Modus 105 wedge shafts. while hitting the 56 I noticed on my stock 3/4 swing added 5 yards and about 800 spin from my gamer. I also would let you know I Got fitted using my Srixon Q star tour golf balls this way able to compare apples to apples. I highly recommend Jim if interested in getting fit and when you get fit bring the balls you use so you can compare each and every club.
Cast wedges are predominant in the market simply because of the popularity of the companies that use the process. Vokey being the obvious one. It in no way indicates anything other than that.
