Donnie yells that word. That word MJ always dreaded. That word that the ‘One who always yelled’ would say when she did bad.
MJ is scared, she wants to be good for the ones like her, not do bad..
Raph says she’s ok. Safe. MJ doesn’t know these words, but his voice sounds so different than the ‘One who always yelled.’ So much kinder.
Donnie says kind words too. He isn’t like the ‘One who always yelled.’ He doesn’t want to make her scared. MJ is so glad to be with the ones that are so kind.
They showed her something the spoken language calls, pizza. It’s the best thing she’s ever put in her mouth!! MJ really really likes pizza, two reallys!

OH MY HEAVENS. When Raph nuzzled MJ I literally slapped my hand over my mouth to keep from squealing of cuteness. THIS WAS SO GOOD!!! And poor MJ. :( The girl has gone through SOMETHING- and I can’t wait to see more of your incredible story!! 😁👏 Also I gotta say I love how you voice the characters. Especially Donnie and Raph. :) It’s not easy to make monotone ( like Donnie) interesting and emotive, but you did it!! 😁👏 Great work!

Is it weird that I kinda do the same thing when looking back at this Part? 😅 I know *I made this comic,* but I can’t help fangirling over my girl and the cutest moments sometimes! 🥰🐢❤️ Also, thank you so much for noticing! I know the show doesn’t have him fidgeting all the time, but I figured that he’d feel a little awkward in a moment like this where he accidentally scared MJ w/out meaning to, and he’d probably fidget for just a second while the scene played out. 💜🐢

Okay, first: the nuzzling took me out with its cuteness!!! 😍😍😍 Second: I had a feeling Hawaian pizza will be mentioned and thought maybe she'll start with that? Oh, the Hidden City does have laws against abuse. All I will say is that those laws didn’t quite reach the far corner of the outskirts where MJ was found in Pt 1… 😉🧐

I’m moving on to working on Chapter 2 which will start getting posted after I’ve finished it! It takes me roughly 2-3 weeks to finish a higher quality section like these Parts. 😉👍✨ (more info will come later abt the full plan)
