The song was actually inspired by Michael’s mom Katherine. What I mean is that she asked him to create a song with a “shuffle rhythm” so, therefore came “The Way You Make Me Feel.” Also, her birthday is coming up on the 4th of this month. She’ll be 93.🥰

MJ does an awesome performance to show his sexy and confident attitude. The girl, Tatiana Thumbtzen was a kind of a love interest for Michael. But in the professional arena they had to be quiet. Tatiana was told she should not kiss Michael - she went too far on stage. Michael did not like it - even though he liked her - Michael talked to his mother about the girl. So yes who knows where it would have gone. I think there is the feeling that Tatiana was using MJ - MJ was sincere with his feelings but knew back then it could not go anywhere after her bold move. I love what you guys say in your reactions. The video is classic and yes iconic. I love the shortfilm and use it on many mixed videos I have worked on for my channel and on collabs. There was this channel that played this (the way you make me feel) music video/short film and did a deep analysis on it. It certainly wasn't positive as it was picked apart like Michael was being a creepy, sleazy woman chaser 🤦🏾🥺🙄🤣 I guess there's always someone who feels the need to attack MJ. Tatiana never got married, there are a few MJ girls who never got married and they're fine as hell. What kind of power did he have over women? Even Lisa Marie admittedly (via her Oprah interview) followed him around the world after they got divorced so much so that there is a rumour about Nicholas Cage, when he was asked by a reporter about what went wrong in his short marriage to Lisa Marie, he said "He didn't wear one white glove" LOL... MJ was a bad brother... You should youtube Shana Mangatal, a very fine sister who claims, and I believe her, that she had a "relationship" (more like a situationship with our boy). Anyway, the story is that Tatiana kissed MJ on stage and promptly got fired from the tour. She still talks about MJ today like she's in love with him... crazy right.
