Thanks a lot for sharing this podcast, The millionaire fastlane, should be regarded as an academic book and should be made compulsory for all the students, before graduation, as a study material, atleast they will get clarity of Financial freedom in real sense.
Hey Alex, I've just discovered your podcast and absolutely love it - you are well prepared and questions (and guests) are interesting, keep up the good work!
@Alex and Books Absolutely changed my way of thinking! Yes, I now own a thriving Medicare Insurance Agency (I pretty much do nothing + have Agents who write all new business while I get monthly residuals). Also, in 2018 I opened a Commercial Drone Business working primarily Construction and Agricultural AI Analytics...again, I employ Pilot's who do all the work! 😉🙌
Hey Alex, watching your Podcast has really really illuminated me and inspired me , This is the best present I have received in 2022 and the best in Decades, MJ is the best Author I know, keep it up👍
Compound interest is the key to wealth. I do understand MJ's points, but there needs to be a good balance of now vs. later. Many people need time to build their wealth.
How much money does this guy recommend we have so we can achieve wealth that he qualifies? Not everyone is interested in owning a business! This guy is the perfect example of egoism the exact thing the culture and society created! No thanks I’m not interested! Having enough is different for everyone! I disagree with this guy.
@@troyjohnson2568 How is he gonna answer a personal question for you? Some single people can retire off 700k if they live frugally in a cheap Oklahoma apartment, some people need 2+million because they like vacations and or want a better house or new cars. These days if you’re not frugal you need to earn 150k plus or start a business if you want to retire early. That why you win the money game when you need less to be content. Mj Demarco shames frugal people because frugal people don’t need watch him, truly frugal people can retire at 45 with minimum wage jobs starting at 18.
