The differences between that particular Amazon Exclusive model, H14BM and the closest to it. The MJX Hyper Go 14210 v2 are the livery on the black shell, the kids mode on the ESC and the upgraded front diff and telescopic drive shafts... the 14210 v2 only has the upgraded shafts on the rear. They all come with the sand tyres and all the spares you received with the H14BM. The 14210 v2 can be upgraded to all 4 mega shafts by replacing with the new style front diff and telescopic shafts.....not that the front needs it...I own a 14210 v2. And I love it... Good vid chap!, very inclusive of the facts about different, almost the same models.....basically the front shafts!.
Thanks for the info as well, been trying to find the differences between the H14BM and 14210. But I guess ordering from Amazon global site (from Aust) should give some comfort??
@@philiprccars4340 no, and does not need it...both the H14 and 14210 v2 ESC's are 45 Amp.... the H14 comes in Slow Mode/Eco Mode and you unlock full power with the 5 presses of the ESC... the 14210 v2 comes in Fu¢€ 0£F mode already. haha 😆
I just got one last week. Ive conducted an experiment.. I gotta share. I was curious about diff lube and tried using Mobile 1 10W-30 full synthetic oil. Its been 2 weeks and I kill both batteries every other day, and ITS DRIVES AMAZING with the Mobile 1. It picks up speed quicker, all 4 tires seem to be wearing evenly. The oil doesn't leak out and sling all over everything like you may think, and the gears still mesh SO SMOOTH when I rotate the wheels by hand. Cant hear the teeth at all, and I haven't had to add more oil constantly. I wish I had been using Mobile 1 long before now.
It's bonkers fast on 3S. Need to firm up the rear suspension quite a bit, the standard setting is too soft to handle the power. But it's a whole lot of fun at a reasonable price in the UK.
Replace the wing mount screws with screws that have a wider head as the wing tends to pull through the original ones and install body clip retainers as this thing loves to spit out body clips. It's an awesome little truck .
Yeah, these days there are lot of really cool little trucks that put a lot of the big brands to shame. As long as parts support is there, they can go a long way in the hobby. 😎👍
I had to return my H14BM. I liked it and it was fast. I even bought 25mm wheel spacers for it because it handled a lot better with the wider wheelbase. I returned it because the steering linkage arms wouldn't hold the hex screws. I lost 2 hexes in the body the first 2 times out, steering got weak and wobbly missing the hex to hold it to the body. I bought spares, i used threadlocker, still they fell out. On top of that, the hexes used strip easily, which made it a nightmare to work on. It's fast and a lot of fun, and the diffs actually laster longer than my current 4x4 which is the Granite BLX 3s. I'm still paying for the Granite, and i already had to replace the rear diff cuz it was plastic, but I'm having more fun with the Granite, which is actually slightly slower, i think. My previous MJX experience wasn't great either. My 14301 is dead from a spur gear completely stripped (aluminum) that my replacement got lost in the post. My H16BM rear diff crapped the bed in 3 weeks. My 14210 spur bit the dust in 1 month. MJX make fast products, but be prepared to do work on them.
Thanks for the review! I love mine, I’ve FPV’d mine 😂 Can you recommend some on road tire options? I can’t find any that seem to fit, either too small or too big. Belted would be a bonus. The ballooning makes it almost undriveable on road.
I live in America and just got one. It’s the best I’ve ever had. I wonder if you sent me the money I could order it for you and send it to you in the mail. Find out and let me know
Does any one know if this can go up a pretty big sand dune hill? I’m about to go to the dunes and gonna test it out by going up the big hill they have. I hope so other wise I’ll just drive on some normal sized hills
I have this v2.0 but the thing keeps flipping. You can do any jumps. Its not stable what so ever. How do you make it more stable when doing jumps ? Or driving it in general ? Its so annoying. Its flips so so so easily. You turn and it flips. You go off a gutter, it flips. You jump, it flips. Im sick of running after it to flip it back on its tyres. Does every rc car do this ?
I got allot of these kind of Rc’s just for extra. It gives the same fun as my Arrmas or Traxxas. Only 1 thing I hate are the screws. I rather pay a couple of bucks more nd get normal screws like all other fancy brands
