The Mobile version has to be optimized for the most mobile devices to run the game, unlike the console version which is more powerfull than a phone and has specific specs so you won't have to optimize it for many more devices

MK mobile is still a good game. Bad thing is, devs are not taking it seriously. In my Xperia 1, I get black bars in both sides. I think devs are not interested in developing this game.
In the mobile game's defence it's very old. It was still around at the time of MKX. It also has versions of characters from X and 11 in it. Hell even the MK9 version of Freddy Krueger got in.
