Another point that needs highlighting point on the hypocrisy of Ramaphosa's ANC is what happened when PW Botha declined appearing at the TRC - he was not taken to the ConCourt but to the magistrate. Of course Mbeki attended PW's funeral which says a whole lot about his loyalties. It’s a silly application. The court needs a quorum of 8 from its 11 judges to preside over a matter. Right now there are 10 judges so if 6 recuse themselves then it means the issue can’t be heard. There is no conflict of interest. Incase Zondo who Zuma called a friend and then an enemy had already stated that he will not take part.

So Mr.Spokesperson you may some people but not all of us.Zuma remains a constitutional delinquent since the Nkandla scandal and the Kampempe judgment is a clear testament affirming that fact
