Viltrumites are skilled warrior konquerors, regardless of laser eye shoots, their battling experience prevails the One Being. Which is why Omniman fought those who ever may be stronger than him. Homelander wasn't waring. He's unbalanced psycho with arrogance and narcisstic ego who takes it as a clear value, offends the weak and abuse his powers, worse than Regime Superman, who sought to kill all criminals and go up against innocent. Both of the power had driven them mad Thus... My opinion Omniman would win
