My one on 195/45 16" and little lower suspension feels extremely stable at 90mph and over. But it's a scala version with biggest spoiler and factory roll bars
Great video nice to meet you I have the techtonics scirocco that was raced by darrelll vittone from the 1970s -2000s they turned it into a land speed race car and fully built the shell but then gave up on the project I got it and rebuilt it just like you But with a few minor differences I built my own 2.0 abf using a variety of stock parts since we don’t have them in usa And I choose a turbonetics t77 twin scroll
If you convert a plain 1.8 to 16v, you should concider to use disc brakes on the rear axel.....just saying coz the GLX 16v has disc all over....better to be safe than sorry.....btw....nice ride....love my Rocco too ❤

I have a red Scirocco 2 too, maybe try some Ats Cup wheels could maybe look a bit greater with a lower Suspension, but all in all your build looks very nice
