Do you know the specific torque spec for the bolt

The big bolt is 100 Nm and a 90 degre turn the two others are 50 Nm and a 90 degres turn

Hey thank you for making this video. I'm going to be installing either a poly or billet alum insert soon. Going to get a bolt kit on order but I have a question about the torque/pendulum arm itself. Do you often see these mk5/mk6 arms with worn rubber bushings on the actual arm itself? I'm wondering whether to just buy a new arm w/ pressed bushing while I'm doing the job (Febi Bilstein 31958). Looks like where the longer of the two paired bolts goes into a rubber bushing and that's the one I'm referring to.

Those bushing seem to hold up really good. I'd be surprised if yours showed any signs of failure. I'd say install the insert replace the bolts and it'll be good

I installed the a poly one on my mk5 golf gtd and my god the vibration was unbearable ended up taking it out.. would you say you get a increase in vibration with this mount

Yeah definitely a slight increase. Not as bad as poly inserts I've noticed.
