Can't ask for a better postseason series than this. 6 of the 7 games ended with the tying or go-ahead run at the plate, no blowout games and the Correa called shot gave it a signature moment. Fantastic series. Just a shame no fans could be there to see it in person.

The Astros just got historically unlucky with the amount of 4/5 star Game winning/saving catches made on hard hit balls. Like jeez the luck was insane

this series from a defensive standpoint was so lopsided, basically every ray making absurd plays and then the astros having like 2 errors per game

I am so unbelievably happy the Astros lost. If they'd won game 7, I have no doubt they would have *steamrolled* through the World Series, and all the players we despise the most on that team - Bregman, Correa, Altuve, etc. - would have been absolutely infuriating in their gloating.

The Altuve error in the first inning of Game 2, Gurriel seemed kinda lazy. He botches the throw, which even though it's in the dirt, you should still be able to handle that throw on that bounce. But then if he keeps his foot on the base when he reaches out to pick it up, the runner is still out and the inning is over. But he ever so casually lifts his foot off the bag as he's picking the ball up and it makes all the difference in the world. Altuve should have made a better throw but to me that's more on Gurriel.

What happened to Alex Bregman this year? You barely heard anything him all year.

As an Astros fan, I wanna congratulate the Rays for beating the Jays, the Yankees, and the Astros with the lowest payroll in baseball. Everybody on the team contributed (eh, maybe just Arozarena) and I hope y’all go to win your first World Series ring. Hopefully y’all demolish the Dodgers if they even make it.

I'm a proud Astros fan and am sorry we cheated. I always felt this team was good enough to win without cheating but we didn't and that hurts me too. I wanted to see a legit title and we didn't get to see that. That said, I'm proud of the 2020 team. They dug themselves into their own mess and I didn't expect sympathy from anyone when we lost Verlander and Osuna. Cheating stuff is gonna last for as long as there are still members of the 2017 team still there. But we fell behind against a good Rays team 3-0 and could've packed it in. We didn't quit. Yeah we lost but we fought all the way to the end. I love my team, I don't like what they did but I love my team.

Without cheating, the Astros are still pretty dangerous
