I’m gonna try to explain but I might have it wrong. What he did was balk, which basically means he was faking someone out. That usually happens when the pitcher pretends to throw to home but suddenly switches and throws it to a base to get a runner who is off the base, but in this case it was seen as throwing off the batter. When that’s noticed the runner gets to move forward a base, but since the bases were loaded it got them a run. It was tied and it was the second half of the last inning, so that one run got the batting team the win. That’s what I’m thinking happened.
